Terms of Service — MatchdayLeague
These Terms govern your use of the MatchdayLeague game at matchdayleague.com (the "Service"). By registering you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. Account
- You must be at least 13 years old to register.
- One account per person; multiple accounts, account sharing and account selling are prohibited.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secret. Keep your e-mail address up to date for password recovery.
2. Fair play
- Exploiting game mechanics, using automation/bots, abusing bugs, or gaining advantage through transfers/matches between multiple accounts is prohibited.
- Insults, hate speech, harassment, spam, advertising and illegal content in chat and private messages are prohibited.
- Club names, mottos and other user content are public; offensive, trademark-infringing or misleading names may be changed.
3. In-game assets
In-game money, players, trophies and other assets have no real-world value and cannot be transferred or sold. For balance, values, rules and season structure may change without notice; such changes do not constitute a loss of rights.
4. Availability
The Service is free and provided "as is". Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates or technical issues. Daily backups are taken, but uninterrupted access or data integrity is not guaranteed.
5. Enforcement
Violations may result in warnings, chat bans, removal of in-game assets, or temporary or permanent account suspension. Where possible we notify you before a permanent suspension.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the Service. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
7. Changes and governing law
These Terms may be updated; material changes are announced in-game and continued use constitutes acceptance. Turkish law applies; for consumers in the EU/UK the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain applicable.
